The plot with a project for guest houses with summer kitchen and also a recreational pool. The land is located in the Alanya area, on the territory of the village of Bania. It is 300.00 m. from the regulation boundaries of the settlement between two streets  and with a southwest exposure.

Bania is a very beautiful and attractive village, away from the noise of the big city. It is also situated at the foot of the Balkan Mountains and is close to the Black Sea coast (7 km). Furthermore this combination of mountain and sea climate makes Bania an attractive and preferred place for relaxation.

It is 18 km from Sunny Beach and 25 km from the Nessebar town-museum as well as 65 km from the major administrative centers of Burgas and Varna and 50 km from Sarafovo airport. 

No more than 6 km from the village is also the nature reserve “Irakli” known for its picturesque eco beach, where rare bird species nest on the sand itself.

There are two two-storey houses in the property, mirroring one another and 8 meters away.

Each house has a total built-up area of ​​232.00 square meters. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom-WC also sauna and jacuzzi. The bedrooms are located on the second floor – 3 of them and  also one more on the attic third floor. Each room has a private bathroom with a toilet and a terrace.

Between the two guest houses connecting them is a summer kitchen for recreation and a storage area for servicing. There are outdoor dining places for both houses and an outdoor recreational swimming pool for adults with a depth of 1.40 m and a children’s one with a depth of 0.35 m nest to it. The pools are on two levels with overflow between them.
