About IZZIDA LTD.
“Izzida” Ltd. was established with much enthusiasm as a sole proprietor company under the name “Iridon” in 1990. The main scope of activity was construction finishing and repair works. So the company soon developed well all thanks to the team of manager and specialists and their high professional qualities and experience. And so this earned trust and respect. Also the support of our clients, partners and friends has contributed substantially to our rapid development too.
Expanding its activity, a few years later the company was transformed into a limited liability company “Iridon” Ltd. And furthermore included in its operations investments, designing and construction of new buildings, and purchase-sale of real estates.
Along the coast of the Black Sea we have built in Chernomorets the holiday village Chervenkaas well as Sozopol, Primorsko and Lozenets too. We also have construction sites in Sunny Beach and Sv.Vlas, Tankovo, Sarafovo as well as Malenovo, Nessebar and others.
For 29 years the company has been investing and executing projects related to design, construction and repairs. Later taking on finishing, furnishing, interior decoration along with purchase and sale of real estate.
The company has a license for construction of objects from the 3rd to the 5th category.
No project too big or too small..
The projects completed by us meet the European standards and we are proud because we have attracted clients and investors from the UK, Denmark, Spain and Russia. We have participated in the construction of a large resort complex in the town of Sveti Vlas on the seacoast.
It was also owned by an investor from the United Kingdom at present for instance. In addition we are currently participating in the construction of small complex in the town of Chernomorets also on the seacoast.
The road we walked during this 29 years to establish ourselves in the branch was long and difficult. But then again, this gives us the strength and resolve to face the new challenges and projects of a larger scale. We are fully prepared to meet the new realities as member of the European Union.
